The Design Code defines the guidelines for construction, finishes, landscaping, colors, etc. for the neighborhood. You can also receive this document as a part of the Complete Owner's Manual.

Homeowners' Association Organizational Documents (updated June 2007) 
The HOA Organizational Documents define the Homeowners' Association for Grande Pointe.
