Welcome to Pier Park!
Pier Park is an exciting new addition to Panama City Beach and a mere nine miles from Grande Pointe.
Within the 920,000-square-foot open-air shopping you can enjoy over 100 retailers, including local
specialty shops and major retailers such as Dillards, Target and J.C. Penny.
The variety of shopping choices is only the beginning of what Pier Park has to offer. The dining
opportunities offer something for every pallet. Enjoy a cold beer and beach view from
Back Porch Seafood or
Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville.
Or if you're in a hurry to get back to shopping check out Five Guys Burgers and Fries or Panera Bread.
Soon you will be able to kick back at Guy Harvey's Island Grill
which is scheduled to open this fall.
On the rare occasion that we have a rainy day, visit The Grande,
Pier Park's 16 theater movie complex and enjoy popcorn and a movie.
In the spring of 2009 you will be able to take a stroll onto the newly completed City Pier which
will be located directly across the street from Pier Park. Towering 26 feet above the water, the
pier extends an impressive 1500 feet over the Gulf of Mexico offering breathtaking sunsets.
Once the sun has set over the Gulf of Mexico you can experience the nightlife at Pier Park with
a visit Tootsie's Orchid Lounge. Tootsie's
provides live music, dancing and a little bit of honky-tonk on the beach. The original Tootsie's
is a landmark in Nashville and helped countless stars get their start in the country music industry.
Pier Park has an active calendar planned for this winter. Oktoberfest will kick off the fall season
and can be celebrated the entire month of October. Enjoy The Emerald Coast Cruzin' Classic Car Show
