  1. No grill of any kind may be set up on the Pavilion's brick pavers. Grills are allowed to be set up in the Pavilion's parking lot only.
  2. Brides may use rose petals or bubbles as "throws" when leaving their reception. Grande Pointe does not allow: confetti, rice, birdseed, glitter, balloon drops, bird releases or fireworks of any kind.
  3. Out of respect for the residents of Grande Pointe all social events must shut down by 10:30pm and all outdoor music must cease by 10:00pm due to noise ordinance.
  4. Guest parking is provided in the Pavilion parking lot. Guests are also allowed to park along Grande Pointe's roadways as long as they do not park on the grass or block a resident's driveway. Any vehicle left unattended after the event for more than 24 hours will be towed at the owner's expense.
  5. All brides are required to use a professional Wedding Coordinator to oversee the rehearsal, ceremony, reception or any other event scheduled at the Pavilion.
  6. Brides and any other persons renting the Pavilion are required to use professional vendors responsible for set up, clean up and removal of all trash.
  7. No decorations used may cause damage to any interior or exterior part of the Pavilion.
  8. The fee for the Pavilion includes a full day of rental from 8:00am to 12:00am. All events are required to shut down by 10:30pm and all vendors are required to have fully cleaned and removed all trash by 12:00am. The Pavilion should be left in it's original condition. If the rental should extend past 12:00am there will be an hourly "after hours" charge of $1000.00.
